Terms of service

Effective September 14, 2026.

These terms explain purchases from Omar’s Tint Kits at omarstintkits.com. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order. The terms and policies in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.

Ordering and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment, shipping, and vehicle information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the selected film, coverage, shade, vehicle configuration, and final total before submitting your order. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and any selected paid shipping service are shown at checkout.

If an item is unavailable, an order contains a material pricing or description error, or we cannot fulfill the requested configuration, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different product or collect an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order and you do not agree to an alternative, we will cancel and refund the unfulfilled items and applicable charges. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized orders may be declined or canceled; any collected payment for canceled goods will be refunded.

Vehicle details and custom cutting

Kits are prepared for the vehicle and options confirmed in your order. You are responsible for supplying the correct year, make, model, trim, body style or cab, and special glass details. Tell us about sliding rear glass, aftermarket glass, long-wheelbase configurations, or other differences before ordering. Contact us if you are unsure which option fits your vehicle.

You may cancel before cutting begins. Once cutting begins, custom-cut kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or customer-requested cancellations. Incorrect customer selections and installation damage are handled as explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Our cutting errors, defective goods, and transit damage remain eligible for an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.

Installation, tint selection, and lawful use

Unless your order expressly includes installation, your purchase is for the listed kit components only. Precut film still requires appropriate glass preparation, tools, and installation skill. Inspect the kit and check fitment before removing liners or installing. Stop and contact us if a piece appears incorrect or defective.

You are responsible for checking the tint requirements that apply to your vehicle and where it will be used, including window-specific restrictions, permitted visible light transmission, and any exemption requirements. Offering a shade for sale does not represent that it is lawful for every vehicle or window. Existing glass and film can affect the final visible light transmission. Our product information is not a certification of road legality.

We do not promise a particular installation result or that every shade will look identical on every vehicle or screen. We do not reimburse costs caused by customer or installer mistakes, misuse, or unlawful installation, except where required by law. This does not exclude responsibility for our own errors or defective products, or override an express product promise or mandatory legal remedy.
